This Privacy Policy explains how Instant Game Team ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you play our mini games available on the TikTok platform and other distribution channels (the "Games"). By using the Games, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Depending on the Game and platform, the following categories may be collected automatically:

Device and technical data — device model, operating system, language, app/game version, IP address (used to derive approximate, city-level location), and time zone.
Gameplay data — scores, levels reached, session length, in-game events, and crash/diagnostic logs.
Advertising data — ad interactions (impressions, clicks, rewarded video completions) and, where permitted by your device and platform settings, advertising identifiers provided by the platform.
Platform-provided data — when a Game runs inside TikTok, we may receive a platform-scoped user identifier (such as an anonymized open ID) and, if you explicitly grant permission, basic profile information (nickname and avatar). We do not receive your TikTok password or private account data.

We do not knowingly collect your real name, phone number, precise GPS location, or payment card details.

2. Advertising (TikTok In-App Ads)

Our Games are free and are supported by in-app advertising served through TikTok's advertising services (TikTok for Business, including the Pangle / TikTok Audience Network ad products). To select, deliver, and measure ads, these services may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, and ad-interaction data as an independent or joint controller under their own policies:

Where required by law or platform policy, ads are personalized only with your consent; otherwise contextual (non-personalized) ads may be shown. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (e.g. "Limit Ad Tracking" / delete advertising ID) and your TikTok account's ad settings.

3. How We Use Information

Operate, maintain, and improve the Games;
Save game progress and provide game features (e.g. leaderboards);
Serve and measure advertising that funds the Games;
Diagnose crashes, prevent fraud and cheating, and ensure security;
Comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Advertising and platform partners — TikTok / Pangle, as described in Section 2, and the platform hosting the Game;
Service providers — analytics and crash-reporting vendors acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations;
Legal authorities — where required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

Gameplay and technical data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or aggregated. Ad-related data held by TikTok/Pangle is retained according to their own policies.

6. Children

The Games are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where a platform identifies a user as underage, we and our advertising partners apply the platform's child-safety restrictions (including disabling personalized advertising). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location (including the EEA/UK under GDPR and California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. 8. International Transfers

Information may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where required, we and our partners use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for such transfers.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Games or the platform where feasible.
