These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mini games for the TikTok platform developed and published by Instant Game Team ("we", "us", or "our") that are made available on the TikTok platform and other distribution channels (collectively, the "Games"). By playing our Games, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to use the platform on which the Game is offered) to play our Games. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Games only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Games for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Games or any part of them except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Our Games run inside third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by the platform's own terms and policies (for TikTok, see the TikTok Terms of Service). These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the platform's terms.
The Games are free to play and are funded by in-app advertising ("IAA") served through TikTok's advertising services, including TikTok for Business / Pangle ad products. By using the Games you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed during gameplay (for example banner, interstitial, or rewarded video ads). The content of third-party advertisements is the responsibility of the relevant advertiser; we do not endorse advertised products or services. The Games may include virtual points, coins, boosters, or other in-game items ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed, reset, or removed at any time at our discretion. Watching rewarded advertisements may grant Virtual Items; availability of such ads is not guaranteed.
You agree not to: (a) use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Games or their servers; (c) use the Games for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent your identity or age. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
All content in the Games — including code, graphics, characters, sounds, music, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Games. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the Games (which, for free games, is zero).
We may suspend or discontinue any Game, or your access to it, at any time without notice. Sections 7–9 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
